Shipping & Delivery Information

At Quench, we keep things fast, reliable, and transparent.

Every bottle is printed locally, packed with care, and delivered through trusted carriers. Whether you are ordering a single custom bottle or a bulk shipment, we make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely.

Custom orders are produced within 24 hours once payment and artwork are confirmed. During peak periods, processing times may extend slightly. If this happens, we will communicate clearly.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Express delivery options may incur additional fees. Shipping is non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Couriers may offer Authority to Leave options at the delivery address. If you choose this option, Quench is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after the parcel is marked as delivered. If secure delivery is important, we recommend selecting a location where someone can receive the parcel.

International shipping may be available upon request. Delivery timeframes, duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order.

Risk transfers to the customer once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided. If Authority to Leave is selected, risk transfers at the time the courier marks the parcel as delivered.

Standard delivery within Australia generally arrives within 2 to 6 business days depending on your location. Express delivery is available and typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers. They may vary due to network congestion, weather events, public holidays, or other interruptions outside our control.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. If you have concerns about delivery progress, we can assist or help escalate with the courier on your behalf.

Delivery delays can occur due to courier backlogs, peak season volumes, weather disruptions, or other unexpected circumstances. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, timing is outside our control, but we will always assist where possible to locate or resolve any delivery issues.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details. We will work with you quickly to repair, replace, or resend any affected items. If damage occurs during shipping, we may require images of the packaging and product for investigation with the carrier.

Large or mixed orders may be delivered in multiple parcels depending on weight, carrier limits, or production timing. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
