Manufacturing defects in the bottle body.

All Quench lids and seals are covered by a 12-month Leakproof Guarantee. If your lid leaks or fails due to a manufacturing defect within the first year, we will send a replacement with no fuss. Because a leakproof bottle is not optional. It is essential.
Every CORE (Stainless Steel) and AURA (Tritan) bottle body is covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects. If your bottle ever fails under normal use, we will repair or replace it for life. Because when we say “Drink Different,” we mean it for the long run.
Your bottle is your statement. Our UV-cured full-wrap printing is built to last, and we back it with a 12-month no-peel, no-fade guarantee. If your artwork or colour fades or peels under normal use, we will replace it or reprint it free of charge. (Applies to all Quench custom or branded bottles. Bottles must be used and cared for according to our guidelines.)

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you may return non-custom products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.
Custom-printed and personalised products are made specifically for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect design submissions. Custom items can only be returned if they arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect, or printed with an error that is our responsibility.
If your product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly printed, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. If the fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item, and we will cover return shipping. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
