When uploading artwork or requesting personalisation, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the artwork

4.2 Print Adjustments
We may adjust artwork for clarity, print quality, or placement. We do not alter meaning, branding, or creative intent.
4.3 Rejection of Artwork
We may reject artwork that contains:
- Illegal content
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Sexual or violent imagery
- Protected trademarks without permission
- Political messaging
- Low-resolution files that cannot be printed properly
4.4 Errors in Customer Artwork
Quench is not responsible for:
- Spelling mistakes submitted by customers
- Incorrect uploads
- Low-quality files
These are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Section 5 – Product Information and Availability
5.1 Descriptions and Colours
We aim to display products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary due to differences in devices and monitors.
5.3 Errors and Omissions
Products shown on the Site may be unavailable or may sell out. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.

Shipping options and estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Risk transfers to you once the order is delivered to the address provided or marked as delivered by the carrier. If “Authority to Leave” is selected, the parcel is considered delivered once left at the location.
6.3 Incorrect Addresses
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Additional delivery fees may apply if redelivery is needed.

7.1 Returns Policy
Our Warranty & Returns policy forms part of these Terms. Custom and personalised products cannot be returned for change of mind.
7.2 Warranty
The Quench Promise applies to all relevant products:
- Lifetime Warranty – bottle bodies
- 12-month Leakproof Guarantee – lids
- 12-month No-Peel No-Fade Guarantee – printing

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
